Everybody's a wiseman
Dixi Mengote: why are you happy over depressing moments?
Dixi Mengote: In transit is probably the worst period of my life. You're neither here nor there. So much to do but so little to work with. Brain fuel empty but so many miles to go. No map, clueless, drained. Been there, so all I can advise you is to suck it up. It's bound to end up somewhere, so breathe deeply and relax. AM IT'S NOT SUBLIME. It's like waiting for a train on the wrong station. hahahaha. But yeah, we have YM to spill our frustrations all over ourselves. Let's make the most out of this moment :))
Dixi Mengote: i just commented on ayisse's post
AM: BUT I LOVE IT. haha
AM: i like waiting in train stations at night... you wonder if the train's ever gonna come. you fear it wont come. but somehow you know, and do nothing else but choose to believe, that you're going to get there someway somehow.
Dixi Mengote: yeah but on a real train station that doesnt happen
Dixi Mengote: and you end up riding a cab which is infinitely more expensive :))
AM: yeah exactly, somehow you get there haha
Dixi Mengote: -__________--
AM: ano ka ba i was talking about how it feels like waiting for something hahaha
Dixi Mengote: i know :))
AM: its like waiting for the fcking bus to night safari for one hour
AM: and the whole ride to night safari
AM: my whole life so far flashed right in front of my eyes in the form of forgotten pop songs
AM: *pop songs and ballads
AM: ay ang pangit ng sentence, *flashed before me in the form of forgotten pop songs and cheesy 90s ballads
(The abovementioned "night safari" episode was when we were in Singapore and missed the apparently once-every-hour bus to the night safari, the wait for that bus and the long long trip to that zoo... Check my October 2005 archives if you want to read about it.)
