Unfortunately...

A Series of Unfortunate Events was a well done, enjoyable movie. The art in he ending sequence was fantastic. Emily Browing (Violet) was really pretty *_*, Sunny was very cute and funny, Liam Aiken (Klaus) is a good looking kid and all of them are very promising actresses and actor. Yes, even the babies can act. Jude Law's... er... silhouttes were great). And Jim Carrey! Man, Jim Carrey was ... uhm yeah. Haha And Jim Carrey! Man, he was really funny and was the very good actor he is. He cracked us all up when he was trying to be a "dinosaur." :D

The background music, the shots, the effects and the acting all go well together. And the acting was very good. It was funny when it was supposed to be so, a bit scary (in a way that you feel nervous for the kids) at the right time and there are the heart-felt moments on cue. I can say it's better than Harry Potter, if it weren't for all the magic and pizazz in HP.

Watch the movie. It's enjoyable and Emily Browning is pretty. No, no lesbian moment. Okay, fine. Liam Aiken and the twins who portrayed Sunny are really cute kids. I haven't read the series yet but if you ask me, they did a wonderful job.
